Turnaround time varies depending on the product and current order volume. Standard orders typically take 2–3 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

Yes, we ship nationwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and added to your final total.

Yes. Rylee will share a mockup for approval before she begins your piece. You'll have a chance to request changes until it's exactly right. We work with you through the approval process to make sure you love it before production begins. Once a piece is approved and made, all sales are final.
